In 1977, Meador Staffing envisioned a great opportunity to serve Bay Area by opening the Clear Lake office amidst the booming aerospace and petrochemical industry. NASA was expanding and new petrochemical plants were being constructed in the Bayport Industrial complex.
Our office is located near excellent training facilities, colleges, and universities. This makes it a great source for candidates who desire to improve education and upgrade skills. The office services a three-county area, including Harris, Galveston, and Brazoria. With the continued economic development taking place in this area, the Clear Lake office is positioned well for continued growth.

Michelle Martinez, Regional Manager
Role and Tenure: Michelle is known throughout the Houston staffing community as one of the most accomplished staffing consultants in this industry. When she joined Meador Staffing in 2001 as the office coordinator for the Pearland branch, her exceptional customer service skills and extraordinary drive to succeed helped her rapidly climb the Meador ladder. In 2006, Michelle was the first and only choice for Branch Manager when the position in Clear Lake became available. Michelle was promoted to Regional Manager, covering the territories of Clear Lake and Austin, Texas, in early 2014, and Pearland as of August 2014.
Under Michelle’s direction, the Clear Lake branch consistently outperformed fiscal expectations, setting the example for exponential growth within our company. In fall 2009, Michelle took advantage of the opportunity to work as a staffing consultant once again and continued to achieve exemplary results. Her dedication to high-quality performance and the candidates is what sets her apart from the competition. In 2011, the Clear Lake branch needed Michelle once again as Branch Manager, so she rose to the occasion.
Noteworthy: Michelle was awarded our “Customer Service of the Year Award” in 2005. She also received “Employee of the Year” in 2011.
