Candidates applying for job opportunities within Meador will be required to go through a background check. We consider candidates with criminal backgrounds based on the nature and gravity of the offense, time passed, and nature of the job in question. Convictions will not necessarily bar a candidate’s employment. Also, candidates may be asked to conduct a drug screen as part of the placement process.

Meador Staffing established a presence in Pearland in August 1999, opening a location in the West Oaks Building.

Pearland is projected to be the fastest-growth area in Harris and Brazoria Counties, and Meador’s office is in the heart of it all! The influx of qualified candidates coupled with the demands of business expansion provides opportunities for the experienced staff of our Pearland Temporary Division.

We appreciate notification of your work status or availability and maintain an availability line on our office. We will call you when there is a job available to match your skills and qualifications. For Pearland, the availability line is 713.474.2030.
