BRANCH MANAGER: Jill Silman

Jill Silman, The Woodlands Branch Manager

Role:  Jill manages the service operations of our Woodlands office.

Tenure: Jill has more than 25 years of experience in the staffing industry. Starting her career with an international staffing firm and later owning her own staffing firm, Jill joined Meador Staffing Services in 1999.

Jill graduated with a BA in journalism from The University of Texas at Austin. She is among less than 1,000 professionals nationwide to have achieved dual certification as both a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS) and a Certified Placement Consultant (CPC). In 2005, Jill attained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation.

Noteworthy: Over her years in the industry, Jill has collected unique industry stories, with a particular interest in the dynamics of four distinct generations involved in the workplace. In addition to her management responsibilities, Jill often shares what she’s learned through presentations to corporations, chambers, HR practitioners, associations and universities.
