January 8-14 - Extreme Makeover: Home Edition

Attention Southeast Texas and Extreme Makeover: Home Edition fans! Meador has partnered with EMHE and we need YOUR help!

EMHE will be in Galveston County January 8-14 helping a family rebuild their home, and they have asked us to help them find volunteers. And, since our community has the best volunteers and the most serving hearts around, we know they don't have to worry.

They need volunteers from January 8-14 in three different shifts.

Shift 1: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Shift 2: 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Shift 3: 9 p.m. to early morning hours (probably around 2 a.m.)

You will be helping to assemble midnight meals from vendors to distribute during the last shift. The last shift requires strong gentlemen to deliver the heavy packages of midnight meals.

This is a wonderful opportunity to begin 2010. Come out and serve, hang with Ty Pennington and his crew, and help a local family rebuild their home and hearts. We hope to see you out there!!
