Direct Hire/Full Time Recruiting

Temporary to Hire
As a full-service provider of temporary and direct hire services, we are in a unique position to offer an alternative to direct hire recruiting.
Our temporary-to-hire option permits our client companies the opportunity to evaluate the skills, performance, punctuality and attendance of prospective employees, while the employees have an opportunity to assess the culture and their right fit within the client organization.
Temporary Staffing
As the employer, we will do the interviewing, evaluating and hiring of the temporary employees. We then match job needs with the members of our qualified workforce.
In addition, we are the responsible party for liability, workers’ compensation, bonding and unemployment insurance for the employee. We also take care of all tax reports and payments.
The temporary employees work for Meador Staffing Services and are assigned to our client organizations for as long or as little time as needed.
Payroll Service
Should a client company identify a candidate outside of Meador and wish to employ that person for a period of time, without placing them on the company’s direct payroll, our Payrolling Service is available. Meador Staffing Services will provide all the necessary payroll functions and required insurances for those employees recruited through the client company efforts.
