Meador Staffing was established in December of1968 by two human resource professionals formerly employed by a major petrochemical company in the Houston area.

 

Originally, Meador-Brady Personnel Services, Inc., the company changed its name to Meador Staffing Services, Inc. in 1997.

 

Our company established a reputation for providing quality service for employers and candidates. While referral of candidates to fill job openings has remained the primary function, the company has also provided other human resource services including:

 

·                 Customized employment selection programs tailored to a client’s requirements

 

·                 Conducting wage and salary and benefit surveys

 

·                Consultation regarding personnel problem solving

Meador added a temporary-help services division in 1971, and this specialty has grown to become one of the largest services in the Houston area. Over the past several years, The Houston Business Journal has ranked Meador Staffing as one of the top ten largest temporary staffing services in Houston. Our temporary and contract staffing division distributes W-2’s to over 10,000 employees who work on our payroll annually.

 

The company currently has offices located throughout the Houston area (Pasadena, Deer Park, Clear Lake, Pearland, and The Woodlands) as well as one in Austin, Texas. Career Consultants Staffing Services, Inc. in Austin was acquired in 1994. In addition, Meador Staffing has affiliate office locations throughout the U. S.
