The Meador Service Process

When you choose to work with Meador, you’re choosing an experienced team. Since 1968, we’ve had many opportunities to refine and perfect our service process – ensuring you receive top-notch service, and most importantly, results.

We place a great deal of emphasis on our reputation. We’ve worked hard to earn a positive reputation with our clients, and we are determined to meet and exceed your expectations through stellar service.

Meador will perform a customer analysis to understand your organization and how we can be your true staffing partner. We will recruit through our resources and multiple offices to locate skilled candidates. We thoroughly screen, interview and test our candidates to identify their skills, experience and temperament to see if they are a good fit for you.

Getting Started

  • Once you have placed your order and we have filled it with a qualified candidate, we provide a detail sheet with all pertinent information so the employee is prepared to make an immediate impact.
  • A member of the Meador team will touch base with the employee at least one hour before their shift starts on their first day to ensure that we can answer any last-minute questions or provide directions, if necessary.
  • We will contact the client within minutes of the employee’s start time to confirm they have arrived safely. For large groups on assignment, on-site check-in or a scheduled arrival call can be arranged.
  • For all assignments, we will check in often to monitor the progress of our employees to address any performance issues or other concerns.

Even with the best selection and retention programs, errors can occur. If you are not completely satisfied during the employee’s assignment, notify us immediately, and we will replace the employee at no charge.

Meador serves as the legal employer and is responsible for hourly wages, payroll taxes, unemployment and workers’ compensation, insurance benefits and filing of the Employment Eligibility Verification Form (I-9). We provide our employees with OSHA safety training, and can provide them with client specific safety policies and procedures as well. Additionally, we have the ability to provide pre-placement screenings for candidates, including drug screens and background checks.

Meador is locally owned and operated, providing us with the flexibility necessary to tailor a specific solution to your staffing challenge. Contact us for more information.
