Summary

One of the largest energy companies in the world is in need of an equipment rental company for a large project. This required the equipment rental company to hire additional employees due to the size of the project.

Challenge
When the equipment rental proposal was presented, including the staff count, the equipment rental company was informed by the energy company that they could not use 3rd party employees for the project. They must be employed directly with the equipment rental company.
